The Real Theatre Company, New York City

 There is a very compelling and emotional production of HAIR being done by a young theatre group in New York City.  They are called The Real Theatre Company, and HAIR is their very first production.  Many of the actors in it are recent graduates from the Neighborhood Playhouse which is famous for turning out many well-known actors and stars under the aegis of the famed acting teacher, Sanford Meisner.  HAIR is being directed by Maggie Levin and choreographed by Willy Frankfurt.  It looks to be a winner, and it will only be running for two weeks, to test audience response.  It plays the last week in August and the first week in September.  The exact theater location is to be announced and will soon appear on this website.
